Her thirst to learn more about yoga, mindfulness, and Eastern philosophy led her to travel to India to study yoga and meditation. She cultivated tools based on Eastern philosophy that she finds essential when addressing anxiety and depression. She combines these tools with an exploration of unconscious patterns of behavior in talk therapy to help clients reach their highest potential. She hopes to be a vehicle of change by helping others better understand the emotional patterns relating to themselves and others and how these patterns affect them in their everyday life.
