INSURANCE
ERMC Offers services covered through the Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). You may want to contact your Human Resources Department to find out if your employee benefits include this service and whether it is covered in part or in full.
ERMC accepts most major medical health insurance plans. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance.
**You may want to contact your respective health insurance with these types of questions:
Whether you have a deductible and/or if it has been met?
What your cost would be if you receive services from an out of network provider?
Whether mental health benefits are part of your coverage, required a referral from your PCP, & what is your copay for specialist?
How of sessions you are allotted per calendar year?
RATES
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) / License Clinical Social Worker (LCSW): $100 per 45-minute Therapy session and $150 for a 60-minute Psychosocial Assessments when paid in advance. Otherwise $150 and $200 respectively.
Psychiatry: $125 per med management visit, $150 for a Substance Abuse med visit, and $300 for Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (IPE).
Cash, checks, and all major credit cards are accepted.
**We offer need-based sliding scale for counseling services such that all may have access to affordable quality treatment.**
CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a 24-hours cancellation notice. Scheduled appointments that are not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are considered no shows, and you will be required to pay the full cost of the no show appointment.
